Wet weather will return for the weekend.

KSTP.com meteorologist Dave Dahl said expect a low of 42 degrees under a clear sky overnight. It could be frosty in the morning.

Then Friday will start out sunny, with clouds rolling in for the afternoon. Highs will be in the 70s.

Great-Great Granddaughter of Dred Scott to Visit Fort Snelling

Fort Snelling is expecting a very important guest Thursday. The great-great granddaughter of Dred Scott, who is being recognized in several events this week.

In the mid-1800's Scott went from being a slave in St. Louis to Fort Snelling. He was with an army officer who owned him. He was technically free at that time, since Minnesota was a free state.

Inaugural Air France Flight Lands at MSP

The inaugural Air France flight to the Twin Cities from Paris made its way to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport Tuesday afternoon.

At 4 p.m., the plane was welcomed at the airport with a water cannon salute.
